| Judith Baker serves as Director of Business Development for UDAS and as an independent advisor for organizations. Ms. Baker has over eighteen years of experience in management consulting and industry in valuation, corporate and business unit strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and market analysis. She was a Founder of Bosfor Bioscience Partners, a COO and Board Advisor at SafetyNet Solutions, a Partner at Strategic Decisions Group, and an Associate Director at Arthur D. Little. |
| Ms. Baker’s advisory work includes valuation of ~$18 billion of assets ranging from intellectual property assets to entire enterprises. She headed Arthur D. Little Capital, which held a global portfolio of technology assets including intellectual property licenses, and venture capital fund interests, and equity holdings in emerging technology companies. She has served on the boards of technology and biotech companies and a non-profit organization, Women Entrepreneurs in Science and Technology. |
| Prior to her consulting and advisory work, Ms. Baker was a Market Manager and held several positions at Monsanto Company. Her responsibilities included business management, sales, and marketing for specialty polymers. |
| Ms. Baker earned her MBA at the Colgate Darden School of Business Administration in Charlottesville and the Stockholm School of Economics. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia with a Major in Chemistry and a Minor in International Affairs. She has lived in Brazil, Germany, Italy and Turkey, and has traveled extensively throughout Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. |
