| Mr. Yılmaz is a graduate of Yükseliş Koleji in Ankara. He has attended to several courses and seminars including English language, computer, cost accounting, import/export accounting,
accounting in inflationary periods etc.

| He has been working in UDAS since 1983 as accountant. He has been to be the Accounting Director of the company. Presently, he is in charge of general accounting, import-export, budgeting, and personnel administration of the company. |

| He has established an automated cost accounting system which functions with the company computer system in coordination with the other departments like import-export and finance. |
| |
| Mr Yılmaz lives in Ankara, and is married with two children. |
