| Cafer Okray is the Founder of UDAS, a global private consulting and advisory firm based in Turkey. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of UDAS. |
| Under Mr. Okray’s leadership, UDAS has worked with global companies from Italy, United Kingdom, Japan, Austria, Spain, United States and Denmark on projects cumulatively valued over $9 billion. These include major infrastructure projects such as power plants, highways, dams, and water treatment plants throughout Turkey and central asia. UDAS has also been involved raising project financing and the sale of several entities. |
| Prior to founding UDAS in 1983, Mr. Okray spent 10 years at Banca Commerciale Italiana in Milan and New York City, coordinating key foreign exchange and bridge financing projects involving Turkey. |
| Mr. Okray is a graduate of the Lyceé de Galatasaray, Istanbul and the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Middle East Technical University, Ankara. |
| Mr Okray has served on boards of various banks in Turkey including Midland Bank (HSBC), and of Turkey’s major refinery company, Tupras. |
| Mr Okray is the Chairman of the Turko British Association in Ankara. For over 10 years he has also served on the Turko-British, Turko-Italian, Turko – Spanish, and Turko-Austrian executive committees of DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board). |
| He has been awarded the honor of “Commendatore” by president of the Italian Republic. |
